Wednesday 21st August - The Raspberry Pi & radio !!
This weeks meeting is dedicated to showing what the Raspberry Pi computer is all about - designed in Britain, over a million sold and about the size of a packet of playing cards yet is extremely powerful and costing just over £20!
But what can it do, how do you program it and what relevance has it to Radio amateurs?
Find out with Jim M0HPJ's talk on this great piece of 21st century technology and if you already own a Pi please bring it along and show what you do with yours. Or if you would like to get one for the following Wednesday we will be running a hands on practical workshop specifically for Pi owners with a Pi user James M0UKS.
As usual we meet from 7pm in the 6th form centre at CNS School in Eaton Road and the talk starts just after notices at 8pm.
