2m NARC AFS Contest THIS SUNDAY!
144Mhz AFS
NARC Club Entry
This takes place this coming Sunday 8th December on 2 metres, 1000 – 1600 hrs
All NARC stations entering must operate within 50 miles of club location and if submitting log on behalf of NARC do not have to be an RSGB member.
All modes but main activity will be on SSB around the 144.2 – 144.350 sec tor
Exchange RS +incrementing serial number + locator.
Scoring based on 1 point per km.
Logging by EI5DI SDV program (download free) or paper log which can be transcribed into an appropriate log via the RSGB upload Robot.
Logs to be submitted within 16 days, therefore there is time to assist any with a paper log unsure of the procedure.
Note: Whilst many station do not have a full 2m station it is requested that as many NARC members as possible enter even listening on 145.500 to give a point to any potential FM calls in the contest.

CLUB MEETINGS:
In person and online with NARC Live!
Following the Covid pandemic the club has changed where it meets, though it is still every Wednesday through the year.
Online:
Approximately every other Wednesday the club now broadcasts its own magazine show NARC Live! Wednesday with news, features, talks and guests.
It is streamed online live from 19.30 UK local time at the following places and anyone is welcome to watch and join in, not just NARC members:
In person:
The club physically meets on the other Wednesdays in the sixth form centre of the City of Norwich School, Eaton Road, Norwich, NR4 6PP from 1900-2130 UK local time.
We welcome anyone of any age, gender or ability and who enjoys experimenting with radio and electronics to come and meet us and see what we do in our hobby.
